We source long-lead OEM equipment, MRO spares, raw materials, fabricated assemblies and consumables — across 1,240 active categories. Every category has a designated procurement engineer with at least seven years in it.

Our supplier panel sits at 4,200 audited tier-1/tier-2 manufacturers and re-certified surplus specialists across 48 countries. Onboarding is real: site visits, ISO and QMS audits, beneficial-owner screening.

Quatix is a non-asset operator with directly-contracted lane capacity across the world's primary trade routes. We move 1,840 active lanes a year, including heavy-lift, project, breakbulk and reefer cargoes.

Bonded warehousing in Rotterdam, Houston, Dubai, Singapore and Johannesburg. A single 24/7 control tower routes every shipment and pushes milestones to the buyer portal in real time.

If we did not inspect it, we did not ship it.

Every purchase order above $25,000 is independently inspected at origin before release-for-shipment. We use a combination of our own 38 staff inspectors and accredited partners — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek — depending on geography and discipline.

Inspection reports, including photographs, dimensional measurements and test results, are uploaded to the buyer portal within 24 hours. Discrepancies trigger an immediate hold and a documented disposition.

Trade compliance, built into the PO.

HS classification, dual-use screening, sanctions clearance, free-trade-zone structuring and customs brokerage. We employ five trade lawyers on staff and we are AEO-Full authorised in the Netherlands and the UAE.

We refuse mandates we cannot defend in writing. Every supplier and beneficial owner is screened against OFAC, EU, UN, UK and Dutch sanctions registers at onboarding, and re-screened every 90 days for the duration of the relationship.

Some categories have a single OEM, a 60-week lead-time and a price the buyer cannot accept. Our supply-engineering team works with the client's reliability engineers to qualify functionally-equivalent alternatives — without sacrificing warranty, insurance or operating envelope.

Since 2019 we have qualified over 2,100 alternative parts for clients, saving a documented $184m in landed cost.
